SAFEQUEST LAB

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 29, 2026. These Terms govern the purchase and use of SafeQuest Lab family learning products. The adult purchaser or supervising parent or guardian accepts these Terms for themselves and is responsible for the child’s supervised participation.

Educational product

SafeQuest Lab provides short educational workshops about AI literacy, digital safety, critical thinking, and responsible technology use. The materials are general education and do not replace legal, medical, psychological, cybersecurity, school, or other professional advice. No particular learning, safety, academic, or behavioural outcome is guaranteed.

Parent or guardian responsibility

The courses are designed for children aged 7–14 to complete with age-appropriate adult involvement. An adult must decide whether each activity, example, linked resource, and external service is suitable for the child. Junior Explorer activities are intended to be guided by a parent or guardian; older learners should still have adult support available.

Family access and course materials

A purchase provides a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence for personal educational use by children in the purchasing household, unless the offer states otherwise. Course access links, passwords, worksheets, certificates, graphics, and downloadable resources may not be resold, publicly posted, copied for commercial use, or shared outside the permitted household.

Children, age limits, and third-party AI tools

SafeQuest Lab does not give a child permission to bypass another platform’s age limits. Parents must review the current terms of every AI, chat, gaming, music, design, or other third-party tool before allowing a child to use it. Some services require users to be at least 13, may require parental permission for users under 18, or may prohibit use by younger children entirely. Where an external tool is unsuitable, the parent should demonstrate it from an adult-controlled account or complete the SafeQuest Lab activity without creating a child account. Children should never enter personal or sensitive information into an external AI tool.

Purchases and refunds

Prices and the included materials are shown at checkout. The SafeQuest Lab family pass is currently presented as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. Refund requests may be submitted within seven days of purchase and will be handled under the refund information displayed at checkout and any rights required by applicable law. Digital access or downloaded materials may affect eligibility where the law permits.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt to bypass access controls, share or publish course passwords, interfere with the service, upload harmful material, use the content to train or create a competing commercial product, or encourage a child to provide false age information to any third-party platform.

Third-party services and links

SafeQuest Lab may reference or link to third-party websites, AI tools, payment providers, or learning resources. Those services are independent and may change their features, safety controls, age requirements, prices, or terms without notice. SafeQuest Lab does not control and is not responsible for third-party services; the supervising adult is responsible for reviewing them before use.

Availability, disclaimers, and changes

We aim to keep the website and course available and accurate, but access may occasionally be interrupted and educational content may require updates as technology changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these Terms, with the latest revision date shown above.
